ON THE NIGHT OF 12-12 IT HAD SNOWED AND RAINDE MAKING THE HAUL ROADS SLICK. TEMP AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT WAS RIGHT ABOVE FREEZING THE HAUL TRUCKDRIVER WAS COMING BACK INTO PIT EMPTY AND SLID O N A CORNER. SMASHED INTO HIGHWALL W/LFT FRNT TIRE OF THE TRUCK.
