Yellow Creek Stone · Fall onto or against objects

Employee was operating a MMU on bench while loading a shot. while walking around the truck they tripped in a rain filled rut, to catch themselves they reached out with left arm to stop the fall. The employee reported that they felt a slight pain but no major discomfort however over the weekend pain increased and was unable to use the arm fully when they returned to work.
