Conditions of the haul road were fine. Driver was not paying attention to the trailer and ran the back of the trailer onto the berm. The load shifted and tipped the truck on its side. The driver did admit to going too fast for conditions.

EMPLOYEE WAS HAVING A DIABETIC ATTACK AND HE TRIED TO CLIMB OUT OF HIS SCRAPER THAT WAS PARKED, TO GET HIS LUNCH PALE OFF THE LOADER HE WAS PAREKED NEXT TO. HE ENDED UP FALLING FROM THE SCAPER ONTO THE GROUND AND OUT THE BACK RIGHT SIDE OF HIS HEAD OPEN. HE WAS TAKEN TO E.R. WHERE HE RECEIVED STITCHES.
