AT THE TIME OF THIS REPORT THIS ISTHE BEST CONCLUSION OF WHAT HAPPENED DUE TO THE INJURED ABILITY TO SPEAK ENG. AND SERIOUSNESS OF HIS ACCIDENT. HE WAS STANDING ON THE CATWALK WATCHING THE SH AKER SCREEN AS HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO, WHEN AT SOME POINT HIS HAND OR ARM WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE DRIVE ROLL & CONVEYOR BELT, PULLING HIS SHOULDER AND RIGHT CHEST INTO ROLLER HOUSING.
