EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A JCI 250 M LHD UNIT AT THE FACE IN 41 ACCESS DRIFT. HE HAD JUST COMPLETED MUCKING OUT AND WAS BACK DRAGGING THE FLOOR AT THE FACE. A LARGE 30' LONG BY 7' THICK BLOCK FE LL OUT OF LEFT RIB STRIKING EMPLOYEE.
