RADITOR GAURD WAS TILTED FORWARD AND THERE WAS HYDRAULIC PRUMERE ON TILT CYLINDER. EMPLOYEE WAS POSTIONING BETWEEN THE BACK OF DOZER BLADE AND THE BLADE HOIST CYLINDER, HE HAD DISCONNECTED TH E TILT CYLINDER HYDRAULIC LINER. THIS CAUSED THE TILT CYLINDER TO RETRACT WHICH TILTED THE BLADE BACK WARD, PINNING HIM BETWEEN THE BACK OF THE BLADE AND THE HOIST CYLINDER.
