THE VICTIM HAD FILLED HIS WATER TRUCK AND WAS DESCENDING A HILL TO A DRILL LOCATION. HE LOST CONTROL OF THE TRUCK ON A CURVE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL TRAVELING A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. THE TRUCK CONTINUED THROUGH AN OPEN FIELD AND CRASHED INTO A RAVINE. THE WATER TANK BROKE LOOSE CRUSHING THE CAB.
