EE WAS COLLECTING DUST SAMPLES AND HE WAS FOUND IN THE DUST APPROXIAMEATELY THREE FEET DEEP AND THE DUST WAS HOT. INOFRMATION RECEIVED FROM THE DR THROUGH ONE OF THE COMPANY INVESTORS INDICATE S THE EE MAY HAVE SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK BEFORETHE ACCIDENT OCCURRED. HELP ARRIVED QUICKLY AND THE EE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL.

ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN HE WAS CHECKING THE TRANSFORMER LOCATED AT LC2 TO SEE IF NEWLY PURCHASED TRANSFORMER COULD BE RETROFITTED. IT APPEARS THE VICTIM WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN COMING INTO CONTACT WITH 4160/480 VAC, THE HANDLE TO THE SQUARE D 4160 VAC DISCONNECT THAT PROVIDES POWER TO THE TRANSFORMER HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT IN THE OFF POSITION.
