WEATHER AND GROUND CONDITION WAS GOOD. UNDER CONVEYOR WAS WELL GUARDED. VICTIM WAS FOUND BETWEEN RETURN ROLLER AND CONVEYOR BELT UNDER SCREEN CONVEYOR. NO ONE SAW ACCIDENT.
