Adopción de medidas de previsión y control ambiental
El administrado incumplió lo establecido en su instrumento de gestión ambiental, debido a que no implementó las siguientes medidas de control de calidad de aire para controlar el desprendimiento de material particulado proveniente de los depósitos de relaves y vías de acceso de la unidad minera3: i) Irrigar la superficie de los depósitos de relaves con sistema de riego de agua o supresores de polvo, cuando sea necesario. ii) Reducir la velocidad y respetar las velocidades establecidas en los accesos a los componentes del proyecto. iii) Humedecer la superficie de los accesos circundantes a la planta por medio de camión cisterna de 21 m3 de capacidad con una frecuencia diaria.
