OSINERGMIN mining-safety sanctions in Peru, 2020 to date
Between 2020-01-10 and 2026-08-14, OSINERGMIN's mining supervision division issued 622 sanction resolutions against 115 large and medium mining companies in Peru, with fines totaling S/ 136,353,060. OSINERGMIN's own published sanctions list stops in December 2019; this record was obtained through a public-information (SAIP) request answered on 2026-08-28 and is indexed here in full.

OSINERGMIN delivered this dataset on 2026-08-28 in answer to public-information request (SAIP) 202600187744, filed 2026-08-19 (response report 236-2026-OS-GSM). The delivery is formally partial: the agency states it does not hold, in the requested form, each company's tax ID (RUC), the mining unit, the supervision specialty, or the appeal status before TASTEM.

The 622 resolutions break into 847 infraction line items. Amounts are the fine attached to each infraction as published, in Peruvian soles (S/); OSINERGMIN also states each fine in UIT, Peru's yearly-revalued tax reference unit.
A resolution that sanctions a titleholder and its contractor jointly is attributed to each company named, so company totals can sum above the overall total.
