El titular minero no habría neutralizado los efluentes minero - metalúrgicos provenientes del sector 4: Mina Quebrada Honda (EQH) y del sector 8: Mina Real Barragán (bocamina B-RE-1) antes de verterlos al ambiente, a través de: (i) un lecho calcáreo, (ii) un sistema de tratamiento, y (iii) la conducción del efluente proveniente de la bocamina B-RE-1 hacia el socavón Bassio; incumpliendo lo establecido en su plan de cierre de pasivos ambientales mineros.
