Excesos de Límites Máximos Permisibles y/o ECAS
El administrado excedió los Límites Máximos Permisibles establecidos mediante Decreto Supremo N° 010-2010- MINAM para la descarga de efluentes líquidos de actividad Minero – Metalúrgicas en los puntos de muestreo ESP-08 (efluente proveniente de la Bocamina Nivel 660) respecto de los parámetros pH, arsénico total, cadmio total, cobre total, Hierro disuelto, plomo total y zinc total; ESP-10 (efluente proveniente de la Bocamina Nivel 560) respecto de los parámetros pH, Cadmio total y Zinc total ; ESP-3 (efluente proveniente de la planta de tratamiento de agua de mina Nv 440) respecto de los parámetros Cadmio total y Zinc total; y, ESP-32 (efluente proveniente de una tubería de HDPE de 2” proveniente de la CRC N° 1) respecto al parámetro Zinc total.
