Yura S.A. no cumplió con instalar el sistema de nebulización de agua en zonas de descarga de material, conforme al compromiso establecido en su EIA Ampliación, toda vez que se observó que en el punto de descarga de la chancadora secundaria a la faja transportadora se generan emisiones de material particulado que se dispersan al ambiente

Compromisos y/o normas ambientales complejas
Yura S.A. no cumplió con encapsular la zona de descarga del carbón y colocar el sistema de despolvorización, conforme al compromiso establecido en su EIA Molienda, toda vez que se evidenció que la zona de descarga y cancha de almacenamiento de carbón se encuentra a cielo abierto, asimismo, se observó la acumulación de material particulado de carbón en la vía de tránsito interno.
