Employee-hours (2000+)
ⓘ Rates use contractor-reported employee-hours as the denominator. About 2% of reported hours are dropped as duplicate filings, so the hours total runs slightly low and any per-hour rate reads slightly high. Quarters filed with zero hours are excluded. Hours and rates here cover 2000 on; contractor hours from 1983 to 1999 are on record but not counted in them.
