EE WAS SPOTTING THE CRUSHER UNIT INTO PLACEMENT.HE WAS TO THE SIDE & HE STEPPED INTO CHECK THE ALIGNMENT OF THE CRUSHER UNITS. HE STAYED THERE WHILE THE UNIT WAS BEING BACKED INTO PLACE. THE O THER SPOTTER WAS NOT TOLD BY EE TO STOP THE CRUSHER UNIT THAT WAS BEING BACKED INTO PLACE NOR DID HE STEP OUT OF THE WAY. HE WAS CRUSHED BETWEENTHE TWO UNITS & DIED MOMENTS LATER.
