EE WAS WORKING ON THE TRANSFER CONVEYOR. EE WAS FOUND CAUGHT WITH HIS ARM IN THE IDLER ON THAT CONVEYOR. THE EE WAS AT THE TRANSFER CONVEYOR APPRENTLY ATTEMPTING TO ADJUST IT WHILE IT WAS RUNN ING. THE EXACT CAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. EE DIED THE DAY AFTER THE ACCIDENT. POSSIBLE CARDIAC ARREST.
