THE EMPLOYEE WAS ENGULFED BY HOT CALCINE FROM THE NORTH ROASTER, THEN FELL APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET TO CONCRETE FLOOR. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE E.R. WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD.
