WHILE HAULING DIRT DOWN THE IMPOUNDMENT HAUL ROAD, IT APPEARS EMPLOYEE LOST CONTROL OF THE 10 WHEELER TRUCK HE WAS DRIVING. HE JUMPED FROM THE TRUCK AND IT STRUCK HIM CAUSING FATAL INJURIES.
