LEDGE FOREMAN AND HIS LEDGE CREW WERE REMOVING STONE & DEBRIS FROM A BENCH LEVEL AT THE QUARRY SITE. THEY HAD REMOVED THE RAILING AND APPROXIMATELY HALF THE BENCH LEVEL AT THE TIME HE FELL 28 ' TO THE FLOOR BELOW THEM. HE PASSED AWAY 2/1/02.
