BELT CONVEYOR HAD STOPPED DUE TO SPILLAGE, EE WAS WORKING TO CLEAR SPILLAGE, EE REACHED AROUND GUARD & ARM WAS CAUGHT IN TAIL PULLEY WHEN CONVEYOR ROLLED BACK.
