VICTIM BACKED THE DOZER OVER THE EDGE OF THE HIGHWALL, RESULTING IN FATAL INJURIES WHEN HE WAS EJECTED & THEN CRUSHED BY THE SIDE (PUSH ARM) OF THE DOZER.
