EMPLOYEE WAS CONDUCTING TESTS ON HAUL TRUCK 085. WHILE THE TEST WAS BEING CONDUCTED, THE TRUCK ROLLED OVER THE CHOCK BLOCKS AND STRUCK THE DOORS OF THE SHOP. THE DOORS FELL AND STRUCK THE EMPL OYEE CAUSING FATAL INJURIES.
