#2 DIGESTER UNIT WAS BEING PREPARED FOR A VALVE CHANGE. THIS REQUIRES THAT THE HEATERS AND HOLIZONTAL DIGESTERS IN BLDG. 30 BE SHUT DOWN AND DRAINED. AS THE UNITS DRAIN, THE TRENCH IN BLDG 60 XX 30 OVERFLOWS UNTIL THE SUMP PUMP CAN APPROPRAIATELY TRANSFER THE LIQUOR.
