THE EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING THE HEAD ROLLER ON A RADIAL STACKER, HE WAS ON THE BELT WHEN IT WAS ENGAGED CAUSING HIM TO FALL 35 FT. & 8 IN. AND LAND ON ASPHALT, WHICH RESULTED IN A FRACTURED SKUL L & A BROKEN NECK
