EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING COAL WITH A SCOOP OUT OF THE RIGHT BREAK IN #6 ENTRY AT #7 MINE. WHEN HE STARTED TO MAKE THE LAST CLEAN UP RUN ON THE INBY SIDE OF THE RIGHT BREAK, HE BACKED UP THINKING T HAT HE WAS GOING INTO THE LEFT BREAK. WHEN HE HIT THE INBY CORNER OF THE LEFT BREAK IN THE #6 HEADING, HIS HEAD HIT THE RIB AND WAS FORCED INTO THE FRAME OF THE SCOOP. THE COAL HEIGHT IN THIS
