VICTIM WAS ASSISTING THE SECTION ELECTRICIAN IN SPLICING THE TRAILING CABLE TO HIS SHUTTLE CAR WHICH WAS PARKED ON A GRADE. THE SHUTTLE CAR ROLLED DOWN THE GRADE, RUNNING OVER THE VICTIM. THE ELECTRICIAN WAS KNOCKED IN THE CLEAR AND WAS INJURED. VICTIM HAD BROKEN NECK AND CRUSHED CHEST
