THE ROCK TRUCK WAS BROKE DOWN AT TIME OF ACCIDENT GENE WAS REPAIRING TRANSMISSION AND HE WAS UP UNDER IT TAKING OUT BOLT WHEN THE TRUCK JUMPED 18 INCHES KILLING THE VICTIM IT WASS SETTING ON A LEVEL GRADE WITH THE BED RAISED WITH HALF LOAD OF COAL IN IT
