EMPLOYEE WAS APPARENTLY REACHING OVER TAIL OF MINER TO REMOVE A CRIB BLOCK. THE VICTIM FAILED TO TELL THE MINER OPERATOR WHAT HE WAS PLANNING ON DOING. MINER OPERATOR RAISED TAIL OF THE MINER & PINNED VICTIM BETWEEN THE TAIL OF THE CONTINIOUS MINER & THE MINE ROOF, CAUSING SEVERE HEAD INJURIES
