THE EMPLOYEE PLACED HIMSELF BETWEEN THE CAB SUPPORTS OVER THE CONVEYOR BOOM. HIS LEG ACTIVATED THE BOOM CONTROL AND THE UPWARD MOVEMENT OF THE BOOM PINCHED HIM BETWEENM THE BOOM AND CAB ROOF
