OPERATING MOTOR WITH ONE MANTRIP CAR HOOKED UP BEHIND THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED AT THE END OF GRAVEYARD SHIFT AND THE VICTIM HAD JUST RECEIVED THE VERBAL OK FROM THE 4 EMPLOYEES TO PROCEED THE 4 E MPLOYEES WERE IN THE ENCLOSED MANTRIP CAR AND DID NOT SEE WHAT HAPPENED THE VICTIM APPARENTLY WAS NOT ATTENTIVE AND DROVE THE MOTOR THRU THE AIR DOORS APPROX 90YDS DOWN FROM HIS STARTING POIN
