I NAME WAS EMPLOYED AS A LOADER OPERATOR AT OUR CRUSHER PLANT. THE ROLLS HAD DIRT IN THEM I NAME OUR JAW OPERATOR SHUT THE ROLLS TO REVERSE ROTATION WHICH THROWS DIRT OUT HE FOR NO REASON WAS ON TOP OF ROLLS. WHEN THEY WERE REVERSED HE WAS PULLED IN.
