EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING INSIDE OF AMMONIUM NITRATE STORAGE BUILDING TRYING TO IMPROVE THE FLOW OF MATERIAL THAT WAS BEING REMOVED BY A SCREW CONVEYOR AT THE FLOOR OF THE BUILDING. APP THE EMPLOYE E WAS STANDING ON BRIDGED MATERIAL WHEN IT COLLAPSED CAUSING HIS FEET TO BECOME CAUGHT IN THE SCREW AND TOTALLY ENGULFING HIS BODY AND HEAD IN AMMONIUM NITRATE. IT IS BELIEVED HE WAS STANDING
