MAINTENANCE CREW HAD REMOVED SOME NUTS FROM ACESS DOOR TO #2 COAL MILL & WAS AWAITING SHUTDOWN OF COAL MILL WHEN AN EXPLOSION TOOK PLACE WITHIN THE COAL MILL. THE BLAST BLEW THE VICTIM & THE REPAIRMAN APPROX 15\ TO T HE GROUND. VICTIM DIED ON 1-28-85.
