REAR RIGHT TIRE OF LOADER DROPPED OVER EDGE OF EMBANKMENT WHILE BACKING UP.BANK GAVE WAY CAUSING LOADER TO ROLL EJECTING DRIVER PINNING DRIVER UNDER LOADER FATALLY INJURING DRIVER AND DOING EX TENSIVE DAMAGE TO LOADER.
