WHILE ATTEMPTIN1 TO REPAIR A LEAKY OIL SEAL ON S CRUSHER THE OIL SEAL WHICH HAD BEEN LEFT SUSPENDED ABOVE WORKERS, FELL AFTER LIFTING EYE BROKE.
