EMPLOYEE WAS PU8HING MATERIAL FROM AN OLD WASHER FINES POND. THE POND HAD BEEN DRAINED AND ALLOWED TO DRY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. HE WAS PUSHING THE MATERIAL OVER THE HIGHWALL WHEN A SECTION BEHIN D HIM BROKE LOO8E ENGULFING THE DOZER TO WINDOW LEVEL AND PUSHED THE DOZER OVER THE HIGHWALL.
