THE OVERHEAD F EED TO THE TRAN8FORMERS HAD NOT BEEN DISCONNECTED. I,NAME CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE OVERHEAD FEED TO THE TRANSFORMER WHILE REPLACING FUSED CUT-OUTS AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
