THE VICTIM WAS ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR THE HOIST MECHANISM ON THE BED OF A DUAL-AXLED DUMP TRUCK. THEY HAD WHICH CONTAINED APPROX. 7 TONS OF WASTE ROCK, WAS BEING HELD IN A RAISED POSITION BY A W OODEN POST AND A FORK LIFT, BOTH LOCATED ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE TRUCK BETWEEN THE BED AND THE FRAME.
