THE EMPLOYEE HA8 JUST CLOSED THE LAST DOOR ON THE EMPTY R.R. CAR AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING TO THE NEXT LOADED CAR TO OPEN DOORS WHEN (NAME)SHOUTED FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO LOOK OUT.THEN THE LOADED CAR,WITH3DOOR OPEN ONLY ON ONE SIDE,BECAME OFF BALANCE AND FLIPPED OVER CAUSING THE EMPTY CAR THAT THE EMPLOYEE WAS BESIDE TO FLIP OVER ALSO TRAPPING THE EMPLOYEE BETWEEN THE EMPTY CAR
