I NAME PARKED HIS CAR IN THE LAST OPEN X CUT INTERSECTION OF 2 ENTRY WHILE WAITING FOR THE LOADER TO CHANGE X CUT HE WAS ASSUMED TO BE OUTSIDE HIS EAR CLEANING THE OPERATORS COMPARTMENT THE B WAS RETURNING FROM THE FEEDER DID NOT SEE HIM OR HIS CAR DUE TO THE COAL SEAM HEIGHT AND THE CAR CANOPY THE B CAR DRIVERS FIELD OF VIEW WAS DOWN THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS EAR AS HE TRAMMED AHEAD
