INJURED MAN WAS WORKING IN THE SUMP PUMP AREA IN THE BOX CUT THEY WERE IN PROCESS OF MOVING A SUMP PUMP HIS HELPER HAD LEFT THE AREA OR A FEW MINUTES AND DID NOT SEE THE LARGE ROCK THAT FELL F ROM THE HIGHWALL AND HIT THE VICTIM STRICKING HIM IN JAW, NECK AND UPPER RIGHT CHEST AREA.
