APPARETLY HE HAD GONE TO CHECK FUEL IN FUEL TANK, AND WAS ON HIS WAYBACK TO PICKING TABLE AREA. FOR SOME REASON WE DONT KNOW WHY, HE WALKED UNDERNEATH THE COAL STACKER BELT, AND WAS COVERED W ITH ABOUT 400 TO 500 LBS. OF COAL AND ROCK.
