A ROOF FALL OCCURRED INT HE #8 ROOM ON THE MMU 001 SECTION IN A UNDETECTED SLIP 19'X45'BY26" TO 40" THICK RESULTING IN THE DEATH OF 2 MINERS. ONLY SPECULATION EXIST AS TO WHY THE SHOT FIRER W AS IN THIS AREA.
