THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE REPLACING THE PINION SEALS ON A SCOOP,ELKHORN AR-4 OUTSIDE AT OUT NEW DOUBLE Q MINES.THEY WERE HAVING TROUBLE REMOVING A NUT THAT SECURES THE PINION SO THEY DECIDED TO T AKE A TORCH AND HEAT THE NUT TO LOOSEN IT.THE INJURED EMPLOYEE,(NAME),ATTEMPTED TO LIGHT THE TORCH BUT IT WOULD NOT LIGHT.THEY DECIDED THAT THE ACETYLENE TANK WAS EMPTY SO THE DECEASED EMPLOY
