VICTIM WAS LOADING ORE TRAIN USING PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED CHUTE DOOR WHEN VERY WET ORE EITHER RAN OR BROKE THE CHUTE BURYING THE VICTIM. VICTIM SUFFERED FROM INABILITY TO BRETHE AND DIED OF AS PHIXIATION.
