THE DECEASED ASCENDED TO THE TOP OF A RAILROAD COVERED HOPPER CAR WITH PRODUCT SEALS HE WAS THEN DISCOVERED ON THE GROUND APPROX 14 FT BELOW BY A COWORKER THERE WERE NO WITNESSES TO THIS ACCID ENT AND A DEFINATE DETERMINATION TO THE CAUSE OF THE FALL IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION
