THE EMPLOYEE HAD RAISED TRUCK BOX AND MADE CONTACT WITH HIGH VOLTAGE POWER LINE EMPLOYEE HAD BACKED OVER WATER HOSE AND WENT TO MOVE TRUCK AND AS HE ATTEMPTED TO GET IN TRUCK HE WAS ELECTRICAT WHEN HE MADE CONTACT WITH THE TRUCK BODY.
