THE EMPLOYEE WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN A BRIDGE BOARD ENTERED THE OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT AND PINNED HIM BETWEEN THE SIDE OF THE OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT AND THE PLANK. THE RIGHT LUNG WAS INJURED AND RIBS 5, 6 AND 7 WERE FRACTURED. THERE WAS A RESTRICTION OF BLOOD FROM THE HEAD CAUSING DEATH. THE EMPLOYEE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON ARRIVAL AT THE HARRISBURG HOSPITAL BY THE COUNTY CORONER.
