EMPLOYEE WAS PUSHING SCRAP METAL WITH THE DOZER. A VALVE BROKE OFF A PROPANE TANK CAUSING PROPANE GAS TO LEAK INTO THE AIR. THIS ACCIDENT OCCURRED OFF THE PERMITTED AREA.
